These terms govern use of NerdHouse Bookkeeping ("the application"), operated by NerdHouse LLC.
The application is private internal software provided for use by NerdHouse LLC and its authorized personnel. It is not offered or licensed to the general public.
Use requires authorizing the application to access a QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow. You represent that you are authorized to grant that access for the company you connect. You may revoke access at any time as described at Disconnect.
You agree not to use the application to violate applicable law, to access accounting data you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the operation of Intuit's services.
Accounting data remains the property of its owner. Handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It assists with bookkeeping but does not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice. Users are responsible for reviewing its output before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerdHouse LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change accordingly.
